Cecilia Choi from the U.S. State Department and Jeffrey Janis from Peace Corps will present information for students interested in careers with the United States government.

Cecilia currently serves as the State Department’s Diplomat in Residence for Southern California. She was previously the director of trade and investment at the National Security Council serving under the Obama and Trump administrations where she advised on tariffs, trade agreements and U.S. export promotion.

Jeffrey became a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine working with non-profits at 44. He has a B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University and a M.B.A. with a focus in non-profit management from the American Jewish University. Jeffrey has traveled to more than 50 countries.
