Dr. Mark S. Freudenberger is the Director of the Land Tenure and Property Rights Sector for Tetra Tech ARD and was the former Chief of Party for the USAID’s Property Rights and Resource Governance project implemented by Tetra Tech ARD. He brings to this position over 30 years of field experience in natural resource management in Sahelian West Africa and Madagascar. Tenure and resource management issues have long been the focus of his work in Africa. Dr. Freudenberger previously resided in Madagascar for 11 years, managing USAID eco-regional conservation and development programs.
