Quarter: Spring 2015
Instructor: Katherine Stone Katherine Stone

This seminar will have three thematic parts. First, it will look at the changing nature of the employment relationship and its implications for labor and employment law. The second theme is the extent to which the dynamics of flexibilization are affecting the regulatory regimes in other countries. The third theme explores the role of law in income inequality more broadly. This section will study not only the impact of labor regulation on income inequality, but also other elements of our regulatory regime.
