Global Health and Social Services

Both developed and developing countries are affected by global pipelines for disease, but also by global sharing of best practices. All countries face the challenge of building or reforming their systems of social protection. Living standards and global development will be directly shaped by the ability to meet these challenges, through the effectiveness and cost of health and social services. By analyzing health and social services in the global and developmental context, students will be better prepared to address health issues locally and abroad.
