Studio examination of institutional infrastructure--legal, financial, and planning systems; public services; real estate developers; and real estate agents--of housing markets in Mexico. Examination of how infrastructure impedes federal government goals of infill development and higher urban densities. Study addresses policy issues and social construction of property markets, with contrast between property market operations in U.S. and Mexico.
