To ensure effective, efficient, and accountable programs that meet the social needs of the society, it is important to evaluate the performance of these programs. This course aims at providing students with knowledge and skills to carry out evaluation of programs and social services. More specifically, the courses focuses on evaluation design and theory, evaluation ethics, evaluation types, measurement, sampling and data collection, data analyses and communication of findings.
