Law 277: Comparative Constitutional Law

This course will focus on the comparative study of the structure and content of constitutional law, primarily (though not exclusively) comparing the United States with both (a) western European civil law countries such as Germany and France and (b) other common law countries, such as Canada, India, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
