The class will explore the efforts of institutions, agencies, governments and communities that focus on working towards the realization of the targets set under SDG 4 for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Students will examine the issues through the experiences of country case studies, drawing on policy and practices framing within global institutions and their articulation at national level (with local impacts).
