MURP ’16, International Practice Pathway Fellow

Joseph holds a B.S. in Community and Regional Development and an A.B. in Communication from UC Davis. In the M.U.R.P. program he has focused on water policy and planning. His research interests include creative finance, international development, stormwater management, and drought mitigation. This summer he will be working with SaciWATER in Hyderabad, India, researching the city’s formal and informal water tanker economy. Before joining us at UCLA Joseph worked as a rock climbing instructor and baker in Boston.
